Job Overview
It is the primary responsibility of the dishwasher to perform a variety of janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position will share in Tip Pool.
Duties
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
- Scrubs walls and trashcans.
- Picks up trash in kitchen and removes to dock area.
- Performs all other job-related duties as requested.
Skills
- Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
- Ability to manually wash dishes.
- Possess a highly motivated and energetic personality.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to effectively communicate in English
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 55 pounds.
